MRT Patents Makes Patent Valuation and IP Landscape Report Ordering Easier
We have updated our product pages to make it easier to identify the custom patent, portfolio or market to place an order for a report. See below on how to enter information to direct each custom report type. Once this information is entered, click on Add to Cart. The custom information will be included with your order at checkout.
Single Patent Family Valuation Report: In the field "Enter Patent no", enter one patent number from the patent family for which you would like a valuation. For example, if you originally filed a patent in the US then filed internationally in Europe and China, you simply have to enter the US patent number and the report will include a monetary valuation for all members of that patent family.
Patent Portfolio Valuation Report: In the field "Enter Patent nos", enter one patent number from each patent family you would like a monetary valuation in a list separated by a space. For example, if you originally filed a patent in the US then filed internationally in Europe and China, you simply have to enter the US patent number and the report will include all members of that patent family. Enter a space, then a second patent number and so on.
IP Landscape Report and IP Landscape Report (Short): In the field "Enter description to generate landscape report", type a market by name, one or more paragraphs describing the technology or products of to gather market information or one or more patent numbers to gather market information. For example, a broad market can be entered such as "Automotive". A narrower market can be entered to gain more focus such as "Autonomous Driving Vehicles".
A paragraph for semantic searching to create a "virtual market" can be supplied such as the following:
"Autonomous driving vehicles, also known as self-driving or driverless cars, are vehicles equipped with advanced technologies that allow them to navigate and operate without direct human input. These vehicles use a combination of sensors, cameras, radar, LiDAR, GPS, and artificial intelligence to perceive their environment, make decisions, and control driving functions such as steering, acceleration, and braking."
The semantic search on this paragraph will identify the most semantically similar patents and build a "virtual market" of intellectual property on autonomous driving vehicles. This can be invaluable to a business leader or investor that is trying to figure out what is happening in a new technology market based on intellectual property.
Patent Monetization Report: In the field "Enter patent nos. or description to generate report", type one or more patent numbers, or one or more paragraphs describing the technology or products to build a report on monetizing or commercializing intellectual property. For example, enter a list of patent numbers and a report including recent funding rounds, potential licensees, recent company acquisitions etc related to the list of patents will be presented in the report.
Claim Chart and Evidence of Use (EOU) Report: In the field "Enter patent no", enter one patent number from the patent family you would like a valuation. MRT Patents will then use an AI tool to search for products on the market that potentially infringe on the entered patent number. Further, for the top 3 to 5 potential infringing patents, the report will include claim charts that map claim elements to reference material from publicly available information to supports the claim of potential infringement. A list of companies with products on the market that may infringe will also be included.
